We collect personal and activity data, which may be linked.
We collect information provided by Facebook to enable you to link with your opponents in the leagues:
You may opt out of displaying your timezone.
- Facebook ID
- (Pending implementation) List of your friends who also use ScabbleScores
We collect gender so we can personalise messages.
(Pending implementation) If you have authorised us to collect the list of your Facebook friends who use this app, we use it to show you when you need to send a friend request. We do not store the list of friends; only the fact that you have authorised this function.
(Pending implementation) If you have installed the Owl Chrome extension and have authorised it to link with ScrabbleScores, it will collect your Mayhem ID (EA's method of identifying you in the Scrabble app). This is used to allow games to be started without having to be Facebook friends with your opponents.
We collect the Scrabble scores you enter and use them to produce all sorts of statistics (that's the whole idea!)
We store an email address if you provide it in your settings. You can control how it is used in the settings menu and if you delete it, we will no longer hold any record of it.
We store the amount and date of any subscription/donation you make.
We collect your IP address to help prevent personation.
If you choose to provide it, we may store your precise location.
This is optional and opt-in. It is used to display maps of where people in your division live. You may choose to enter more approximate data if you prefer.
You can request to see your personal data.
... but you don't need to. Everything we hold about you except your IP address, gender, donation info and Mayhem ID is visible on the site. (Pending implementation) Your subscription/donation info will be available for you to view and your gender will be identified by a graphic.

Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
We're required by Facebook to say all that stuff but, honestly, we can't think of any circumstance where it would happen. Scrabble-based terrorism, anyone?
